  1. I’ve tried every stat there is. Been doing hvac for 50 years . Just retired, it was fun. But I’m done. Other then my own house.

  2. I’m looking for a basic smart thermostat. No voice, no geo tracking. It’s a gas fired furnace with central air. The only feature I want is to be able to control it with my phone. Any suggestions?

  3. Great video. Thank you. I need to replace my thermostat as the buttons a getting finicky. I have this model now
TH146-P-U . I have a heat pump with indoor blower unit with 5 kw of electric heat. The outside unit is a 4 ton . Can you recommend a replacement thermostat

  4. I think I have a fairly common problem…live in a rambler and the basement is always colder and that is where our children’s rooms are…we have tried the plug in style room heaters to help but wonder if the dual zone thermostat sensors could do anything to help…the furnace is the furnace so not sure if cycling the fan at specific times would help?

  5. Great video! Just realized this was 2 years old. Do you have a new favorite thermostat? I use propane and have heat pumps on my 3 units. I don’t want smart anything, just reliable that I could possibly control remotely. Thank you!
