So call a smart lock its great but one crazy software thing that has been so frustrating for so long. If you need a single code to work for a time block that extends past midnight—such as 5 PM to 2:30 AM—it won’t function properly because the smart lock doesn’t recognize the transition between days. Once midnight hits, the system no longer sees the original time range, requiring you to create two separate codes: one from 5 PM to 11:59 PM and another from 12 AM to 2:30 AM. This is an unnecessary complication and a major oversight in the software design. This reminds me of Y2K and the computers freaking out because of the 00…. Its 2025 this should not be a problem lol.
I have reported this to the tech team many times but it seems they are not interested in this easy update that would make people’s lives easier…
Great step by step. Only problem I had is that lock turned without obstruction without interior apparatus and turn is difficult with it. Lock has great features
